This training session will provide you with the opportunity to talk with the Chair (Michele Stine) and Vice Chair (Joyce Furfaro) of the Senate Committee on Education about preparing and submitting student petitions for exceptions to University academic policies via the Faculty Senate Office. During this session, you will learn about best practices, common oversights, and what type of vital information and documentation the Senate committee is looking for in order to make knowledgeable, consistent decisions on student petitions. You will also have the chance to get answers to your questions pertaining to the student petition process.
